The Issuer/SP account creation

This page guides the Issuer and SP account creation used for the Manager console.

SP account is used to provide services.

Issuer account is used to generate the VC template in order to use the service after the user issues the VC.

Account creation

After selecting an account from the [Scatter] follow by clicking a button as below: Manager Console > Login Page > "Member Apply"

Next, Scatter will display a pop-up in order to response log in request. Please complete the following registration process by clicking a login button.

In case of failure login request click the [Scatter] button on the top right corner to retry.

After entering general information, select either Issuer or SP in order to apply for the selected account.

After completing the above registration process confirmation window appears and by pressing OK on that confirmation window you can either agree or disagree to send a request for registration from the Scatter and able to view detailed information by clicking a Details.

Any fields marked with "✓" is mandatory

After the registration, Admin MUST authorize that account in order to issue a VC and provide service.
