# To begin with...

This guide describes the Wallet settings for a Web, Issuer / SP Account, and the Account creation.

Document herein address requirements for the Issuer, Service Provider (SP), Admin, and Operation Committee in order to use the Manager console.

Moreover, this document describes the default settings and console instructions by each '참여자'.

##  1.  Scatter Wallet settings 

In order to use the Manager console, it is required to set up a Wallet on PC.

A Wallet uses the Scatter and can also be used by setting the OmniOne blockchain address.

## 2. Account creation

An Account can be created by clicking the "Create OmniOne" in the Manager console's log-in page.

## 3. Select an Account

In order to use the Manager console, it is required to select an Account by using the Scatter Wallet.

## 4. Create the Issuer/SP account

SP account is used to provide services.

Issuer account is used to generate the VC template in order to use the service after the user issues the VC.
